According to a report from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross has been waived after four seasons in Kansas City in which he fluctuated between the practice squad and active roster. Pelissero said Ross requested his release last week and was granted it by the Chiefs.
The Kansas City Chiefs have a number of solid wide receivers on their roster, including one they selected in the 2025 NFL Draft. Justyn Ross has been with the Chiefs ever since they signed him out of Clemson after he went unselected in the 2022 NFL Draft.
