The Washington Commanders have signed record setting kicker and former third round pick Jake Moody off their practice squad.

For those with short memories, Samuel got in Moody’s face on the sideline during last year’s game against the Buccaneers after the kicker missed his third field goal of that day. After jawing at Moody, Samuel grabbed the throat of former Niners long snapper Taybor Pepper and swiped at the specialist, connecting with both Pepper and Moody.
