RALEIGH, N.C. -- Jalen Chatfield scored late in the third period to lift the Carolina Hurricanes to a 3-2 win against the San Jose Sharks at Lenovo Center on Tuesday. Chatfield settled a clearing attempt and scored on a wrist shot from above the right face-off circle with 2:39 left for the 3-2 lead.
