Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had nothing but good things to say during mandatory minicamp after the team released linebacker Germaine Pratt. The Bengals released Pratt in a cost-cutting measure after the veteran requested his release back in February, but only after revamping the position via free agency and the draft.

Germaine Pratt is signing a one-year, $4.25 million deal with the Raiders just a day after he was released by the Bengals, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported Wednesday.

The Raiders cut safety Jonathan Sutherland on Thursday, the team announced. They needed to make room for the signing of free agent linebacker Germaine Pratt. Sutherland missed the entire 2025 season with an undisclosed injury.
