Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard suffered an injury during a playoff game against the Indiana Pacers and the results are potentially devastating.

Lillard, who had just returned from a blood clot in his calf, collapsed while chasing an offensive rebound. He immediately grabbed his left calf and Achilles area. Helped off the floor by Bucks coach and staff, Lillard couldn't put any weight on his left leg.

Fans were heartbroken by Lillard's injury, knowing what the Bucks star overcame to return to the playoff series after missing the final 14 regular season games with deep vein thrombosis in his right leg.
