The Dallas Cowboys were able to surprise many by bringing back quarterback Joe Milton III to the practice squad. Milton was waived by the Cowboys just mere days after the team finalized the 53-man roster.

Some former Dallas players will get a chance on different 53-man rosters, while others are joining new practice squads.
