Delhi Chief Minister Atishi accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of sending goon and trying to kill Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal. Her statement came amid AAP leaders alleging that stones were pelted at Kejriwal's car on Saturday.

The Aam Aadmi Party wrote on X today that Kejriwal was attacked by the "people" of BJP candidate Parvesh Verma.

Delhi Chief Minister Atishi claimed that one of the persons involved in the alleged attack on Kejriwal is an associate of BJP leader Parvesh Verma.

AAP has claimed that the attack was orchestrated by BJP candidate Parvesh Verma’s supporters, who allegedly aimed to intimidate Kejriwal amid rising tensions ahead of the assembly elections.

The Aam Aadmi Party on Sunday alleged Bharatiya Janata Party sent "trained goons" to kill party chief Arvind Kejriwal.  On Saturday, AAP alleged that Arvind Kejriwal's car was attacked by BJP candidate Parvesh Verma's supporters during campaigning in the New Delhi constituency.

CM Atishi released a photograph of two men, identified as Shanky and Rohit Tyagi, who she claimed are BJP members and close allies of BJP’s Parvesh Verma.

While the AAP claimed that the BJP’s Parvesh Verma sent “goons with criminal records” to attack Kejriwal, Verma termed Kejriwal a “dictator” and claimed it was a “fake” narrative

A day after an alleged attack on his vehicle during election canvassing, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said his life was dedicated to the country, but asserted Delhi has never witnessed such campaigning when a “murderous attack” was attempted on a former chief minister.

The AAP leader also listed out the cases against the alleged attacker, saying that it was clear that he was sent to attack the former chief minister.
